How difficult is it to change spark plugs on a Ford Expedition?

I've changed spark plugs in a 2003 Mustang Mach 1 but I've heard horror stories about Expeditions. Is it worth me changing them or how much would it cost? Thanks

It is a pain in the *** that is why the book time for it is over 2 hours, each spark plug has a coil over it and some of the bolts are covered by components and you have to tear them all off to get to them. I came close to telling my brother to piss off when he asked me to change his
