I know not all Asians are more flexible, but in high school, a lot of the Asian girls from Asia were very flexible, and everyone else was just average.

Alot of the people from Asian countries were trained as a small child,so they grow up to be flexible.

The don't have furniture in there houses, they squat all day on their haunches from the time they are small, they sleep on the floor, they do not sit in chairs, when they pray they sit with there butt on there heals and bow like 3 times several times during a service. The do manual labor like bending over to plant rice. Their life is like exercise.
Oh and if you ever had a Thai massage its more like a total streching routine.
I lived in Thailand for twoo months with a poor Thai family in the north. They thought it was funny I needed a chair.

asian people are just very small, , healthy and skilled at fine things like flexibility.

What do you mean by flexible? Adapts well to change? Limber bodies?
