don't know what sarafort is thinkin but 25 cm for a full term baby is pretty dang small considering the average length of a full term baby is around 20 inches.
at 20 weeks according to my ultrasound my baby measured about 11 inches long.
at about 25 weeks i started getting more definite movement like rolling around etc, and the kicks got harder. now i'm almost 32 weeks and it seems like just this week the kicks have gotten so hard that it hurts sometimes.
your baby really isn't very big yet so just be patient, soon you'll be wishing he was kicking a little less hard and less frequently! (and when he does you'll worry that everything is ok!)
edit-- to let you know, there are 2.5 cm in an inch, so if your baby is 25 cm long it is only 10 inches long. my baby was bigger than that at 20 weeks. i think that's about average, so no worries.

Some days are harder than others. It just depends on the position of the baby. Wait until the baby kicks you in one of your organs, you can feel that too.

Remember, the baby is in a very cramped space and will have even less room to move around in later on in the pregnancy. With my girls, the kicking got softer towards the end.

It could just depend on his position. My daughter rarely kicked. I can probably count on two hands the number of kicks I got when I was pregnant. She liked to flip and twirl mostly. Don't worry...as long as you feel some movement he's fine!!

The baby shouldn't be 25cm right now.that is very abnormal a baby at full term is never even that big.Do you mean you are measuring at 25cm? (your abdomen). The kicks aren't that strong at 21 weeks as in the end of the pregnancy they are much stronger. Some of them even hurt!! It sounds like your little babe is healthy though.

You'll be feeling the real kicks inside of your rib cage in a few months. I rarely felt my babies turn around but you'll feel it when you're a few months further along.

He is not that big or strong yet. Just wait. Near the end you will be wishing for the cute little kicks.

You probably aren't feeling him turning because he has less and less room to move around as he gets bigger. As you get further along you will get some really hard kicks going, depending on his position.

Trust me, you don't want them to be kicking hard at 20 weeks and have 20 more weeks of bruised insides.
