Your mind is wired to recognize patterns. This means that it just seems like that number is everywhere. Really, it's just a coincidence. I know because I went through a period where I saw 8:15 all the time.

All depends, does the number have any meaning to you? Yes, spirit/angels can be letting you know they are there. Is it three numbers all the same? 111 means new beginnings.

yes it can haunt you. i kept dreaming of the number 476 and i played it in the lotto, it came up 475 the next day. didnt win but it was close.
