uncut version of a dvd?

Question

is the region 2 version of ichi the killer[koroshiya ichi] uncut. please answer. I think there are two different dvds, one with a blue cover and one with a red cover. please give an answer for both

Usually a red cover means a 'Full Screen' version of the movie and a blue cover means a 'Widescreen' version of the movie. If it's uncut, it will either say 'Uncut' on the front of the dvd case OR on the back in very small black print, it would say 'not rated', where it would normally say 'rated r', etc.... :-)
