Not really. If you haven't had problems by now, and you keep it clean (a simple 5 to 10 seconds task), you'll be fine.

They really both have pros and cons. If you're cut or uncut and satisfied, you'll say that side is better. If you got cut later in life, you'll say cut because you had problems with your foreskin before. If you're cut and had something go wrong, then you'll say uncut. However, a survey at the Jackinworld masturbation site found that uncircumcised guys are a little more satisfied (by a few percentage points, not much). However, the big difference that comes in was in another survey, half of circumcised guys responded that they would have liked a say over being circumcised or not, so that may explain dropping newborn circumcision.

Here's some more information, and I'll mention the surveys and link them below.Circumcision is a traditionally Jewish and Muslim procedure, although it was introduced and encouraged to the Western, developed world as a way to stop masturbation, especially with the help of Dr. Kellogg. (see link 1) However, although scientific studies have discovered that circumcision harms masturbation by up to over 60% (2), needless to say, it doesn’t completely stop masturbation. Many circumcised guys find it more convenient to use a commercial lubricant as a result (3) since the typically moist foreskin that is like the eyelids is not present to rub the glans with (4).

Most developed nations quickly rejected circumcision after noticing its ineffectiveness against masturbation, and as a result the United States remains the last developed nation doing it to a significant percentage of newborns. (5) This was done as a result of the for-profit American health care system promoting myths about benefits of circumcision (6), such preventing penile cancer (6a, 6b), preventing HIV (6c, 6d) despite the USA being the developed nation with the highest HIV rates and circumcision rates (6e, 5), and preventing STDs (6d, 6f). As a result, circumcision is now brings in hundreds of millions of dollars to doctors and the American health system. (7)

However, circumcision has been becoming less popular as years have passed by. In the 1960s over 90% of guys were circumcised in the USA, now circumcision rates are as low as 14% in some states. (8) More and more parents are discovering that circumcision carries more risks than benefits, and realize that by leaving their sons uncircumcised, they have the choice of choosing what they’d like, since the surgery is irreversible.

Circumcision risks include the loss of sexual pleasure according to multiple studies (2, 9, 10, 11). Those studies take into effect many sensation points, including the foreskin, and they involve many participants. There have been other studies that claim no difference, but they don’t even take into effect the nerve endings on the foreskin, which as seen in one study, are some of the most sensitive points on the penis (10). One study even found an increase in erectile dysfunction rates after circumcision (10a). In another study, it was found that females ended up reaching orgasm with and preferring uncircumcised males in 9 out of 10 cases (10b). In addition, circumcision is extremely painful on newborns (12, 13, 14), and you risk many bad conditions, such as a buried penis when too much foreskin is removed and limits the size of the penis (15), or adhesions or skin bridges that develop from the head to the shaft when the skin heals after the surgery (16), meatal stenosis [occurs in up to 10% of circumcised males!] when the opening of the penis becomes irritated from too much exposure and rubbing and begins to close up (17), and meatal ulcers (18). All those risks are, of course, not including the possibility of having too much skin removed, which can cause discomfort during erections due to lack of skin to allow the penis to expand, and could consequently cause a hairy penis by pulling pubic hair and skin to the shaft. Often a circumcision scar develops around the penis after circumcision. In addition, circumcision has negative effects on breastfeeding. (18)

To conclude, here is a link that describes the anatomy of the foreskin (19) and the development of the foreskin with infants, a link especially helpful for parents (19a). Ultimately, one survey found that although uncircumcised guys are a bit more satisfied percentage-wise, it’s within the margin of error. (20) The only difference is that those unsatisfied uncircumcised guys can simply get circumcised and end up satisfied either way. In addition, in one survey it was found that up to half of circumcised guys expressed concerns on wishing to have had the choice themselves. (21) That, along with the risks and negative effects that are being seen more with the help of the Internet, may be what is bringing down circumcision rates.

How can the natural state cause any side effects? You can only have side effects when you change your body to something that isn't natural (ie: getting circumcised).

Anyway, most men in the world (roughly 80%) are not circumcised and none of them seem to have a problem so you are fine. Only American's are circumcised as a majority (about 60%) so this is no doubt where you got some of your preconceptions about being uncircumcised or having a foreskin. Trust me, there is nothing wrong with your penis either way!

Being Circumcised is certainly bad for the man, a whole range of sensation and sexual and protective function are lost. The lips and fingertips have similar touch sense. There is also clear evidence that natural sex, that requires a natural penis, is better for the female. Silly girls may make you think there is an issue, but most American women will not have any problem with you haveing a natural penis. Women tend to care about the guy as a whole. When they get one they like, they really have no issue about the goods, unless there is some wired issue. In the US natural (what you call uncut) vs cut is not a big issue, but women are finding out about natural being better, so that may change. IMO, women say that a cut penis looks better when that is what they have seen more. Another factor is that a flaccid cut penis looks like a not big erect penis. It was for this reason that the Greeks would not let men be in the Olympics if the were cut. It looked obscene. Could it be that some women like cut because it is more like the state that women would normally see a penis (i.e., erect)? The concept of a preference for a man that has lost part of his penis and capacity for pleasure via circumcision is really outrageous. If it is a matter of looks (even though they look about the same erect) or the hygiene myth (a cut up penis is no cleaner than a natural one), that is trivial compared to a human having the chance to experience the pleasures and sexual function that these parts provide Most of the worlds men are natural. That allows people to have natural sex, the way we evolved to have it. Circumcision is a weird thing -- a cutting off of the main male pleasure zones. This is tons of pleasure giving nerves, blood vessels, protective covering and pleasure zones. The dynamics of the penis is changed for good. A woman that says she likes cut men is no better than a man that says he likes cut women (circumcised women typically have had their clitoral hood and labia cut off). This is serious genital modification (mutilation) of the male with more nerves cut than female circumcision. It does lead men to want oral and anal more, because vaginal sex is less satisfying after the cut of these parts. Cut men have more premature ejaculation issues as the scar is now the most sensitive part and they have lost control of orgasm timing. It leads to sexual dysfunction at a young age. The cut men in thr world use most of the VIAGRA consumed.

Here is a new Canadian Study on being circumcised or not. The study looked at the age old question, do circumcised men have less penile sensation than uncircumcised men? The answer, no. It appears that whether or not a man is circumcised, whether aroused or not, his penile sensation is the same. And wouldn't you know. it's the Canadians that figured this one out. Another advantage to those long dark winters.
But wait, there was another interesting fact that Dr. Payne and others discovered. They found that the penile sensitivity of men, whether circumcised or not, is actually less than they had anticipated. I'm not sure how much sensitivity these researchers expected.

Circumcision is only important from a sexually transmitted disease point of view. It is clinically documented that men who are circumcised have less STD's than men who are uncircumcised. A study many years ago found that men who had wives that died of cervical cancer and then remarried had a significant risk of having the second wife come down with cervical cancer. The answer to that question of why this happens is now known. The foreskin of the uncircumcised male can harbor the virus HPV 14 that causes cervical cancer. You are safer and your partner is safer if you are circumcised but there are no side effects if you are not circumcised.

Ejaculation can be considered premature when it occurs 30 seconds to 4 minutes into sex, depending on different cultures, countries and experts. Behavioural techniques can help you delay orgasm. Learn here https://tr.im/GFumA
These include the start-and-stop method and the squeeze technique. A combination of these techniques along with sexual counselling and medication (either using an anaesthetic cream or an oral tablet) is recommended.
