If you are interested in buying rags in bulk.... then you can do whatever blows your skirt up.

I would think that you'd be paying more for a punching bag, since the company has to make the outer case and then stuff all those rags into it...

Yes, in fact Mr. Clean got his muscles from using a punching bag... then he cut open the punching bag so that he could use the rags to do his spring cleaning.

If it's good enough for The Man, it's good enough for me.

Who knows what kind of stuff is inside a particular bag. Cheaper to buy rags in bulk in boxes or large packed bags or bales.

I would buy the punching bag because you don't want to hurt yourself if it's not made properly.
Also, it depends how much you pay for your rags!
