For about a couple years now I'm trying to locate an area/lot where I can put car for sale. What a pain in the azz as far as zoning is concerned. About 6 months ago i contacted a commercial real-estate person who found only one damn lot for me out in the boonies for ship load of money every month. Needless to say, I didn't take it. Then the other day, I found a private dealership being constructed in the same damn area I was looking into for a year now. You do they do it? I never saw a sign there that said land for sale. Where do you get these listings for land. I went to the county, they told me to go to a real-estate person. I'm stuck again. 2 dealerships have opened since in the area. This is pissing me off. I live in No. VA.
Please help and thanks for reading!!!!!!!!!!!

Hmmm. I'm not sure of the laws in No VA but maybe you can talk to the owner of the dealership that's being built & ask them how they heard about it? Maybe they can refer you to their person?
Or try another commercial real estate agency, sometimes you have to go through a few to get one that knows what they're doing.

Try some of these sites - maybe something will kick in for you
Best of luck

Depending upon which state you reside in there are exclusive legislation. California has a no cooling off interval, if you are going to buy the automobile and signal the bureaucracy all earnings are last until you receive a agreement cancellation choice. Unfortunately it sounds such as you drove it off the lot. Had you no longer taken it dwelling, a sale isn't finalized untill you're taking supply i.e. force it over the slash. If you bought the automobile used. Most dealerships this present day desire to preserve their consumers completely satisfied. Try going again to the trader and give an explanation for to them that the automobile is unsatisfactory for anything motive and ask if they'll promote you a further automobile. Most will probably be abliged, so long as their getting your small business by some means. Good success. Don't pay attention to the fellow earlier than me in the event you get nasty they'll flip their backs. They have the entire authorized files to inform you off. If they determine they have got already misplaced a buyer, and you are going to on no account come again and can handiest unhealthy mouth them even supposing they do what you desire, they'll no longer cross to any lengths to right the hindrance.

The land may not have been for sale. Maybe whomever owned the land built the dealerships.

Honestly, with your attitude, I don't want you trying to sell me a car. You surely would go broke very quickly anyway.

Maybe you should look into a different line of work that doesn't involve dealing with people.
