I need to know about the factors and problems relating to the HK Brain Drain. What amounts to the start of a brain drain? What problems wil HK face if it meets a brain drain?

HK was a British colony and several of the older generation are well educated. They may have sent their children to the UK for their education. Given the climate since 1997, these children may not return to HK. If this goes on, the British legacy will be eroded, and there will be fewer people who will stand up against the communist regime. Ultimately HK will end up fully integrated with mainland China and will be more communist than democratic.
