Yes it is painful. Remember, your body is being cut open, and muscles are disturbed to allow for the implants (which by the way have WAY too many side affects). There are usually surgical staples involved also. It would kinda be like being hit in the chest hard with the hood of a car. The cost can vary from surgeon to surgeon and depends on the part of the country you decide to have the surgery.

I got mine for $4,000 in 3/2006. It took a little time to get over it, but any kind of surgery does. You will have some pain, but you will get a prescription for pain medicine as well as a muscle relaxer that you will be GLAD you have!

pain=yes. its surgery, they are putting in an artificial boob which streches the skin. the price can differ any where from 8-15,000 $ depending where you go.

frequently the only soreness you sense is akin to once you're due on you're due on your era (like the tenderness of your breasts) however the soreness killers do settle it. people i've got spoken to suggested that the swelling is akin to in case you hit your leg whether it doesnt injury as much because it appears that evidently. i might say decide for it :D no element in inventing the surgical operation if no ones going to apply it ^_^

Wow...depends on who does it. Get some quack that does 'em at home and they really hurt but cost 50.00 each. Not recommended!!

no it doesnt hurt..well mine didnt..and the cost depends on how big you get them
mine cost 35k..i went from a 34A to a 36D when i was 15...so yeahh..
