I'm a relationship person, though I have to say, a one night stand would be ok. Only if it was understood by both parts that it was a one night stand. I wouldn't want to mislead anyone nor would I like to be misled.

I have indulged in too many to count. I have just finished with my over-talkative gf and have decided to stick to one night stands until I go deaf!

I did.... or I think I did not. Sometime ago I met this lady and we kinda clicked almost instantly. We spent the night together... but at the moment when were about to do it, I found out I kinda like her and if I do that I might ruin that feeling. She was kinda drunk and was into it without knowing it. So, I decided to pass. No sex that night. She thanked me in the morning cause she honestly didn't know what happened the night before. We did it.... three months later. And still doing it after three years...... hehehe

Absolutely not, No!

I believe in respecting myself, body, and mind and a one-night stand is so much more than just being physical. Not to mention that I want to protect my partner and not harm them in any way for my own selfish agenda and personal gain.

Regardless of how casual people claim a one night stand is, it's never that simple and you become effected emotionally.
Not to mention that I believe in love and waiting until marriage before I have a physical relationship.

Also, these days you may be healthy, clean, and free of AIDS and other STDs but you cannot gaurantee that the other person is just as honest/healthy, so you are literally risking your life by being with someone physically that you just met earlier in the evening/day which is the definition of a one-night stand.

Plus, I wouldn't want anyone to sleep with my sister or mother without being married to them and in love, so why should I be entitled to defile someone else's sister or daughter?

That's just arrogant, rude, and selfish. Also, both partners lose a certain amount of respect and excitement for each other by not waiting until they're married and just being with each other for sex, so looking at it from that point of view, it's really not worth it is it?

The problem with most people today is that they want everything now instead of patiently waiting for something that's worth it, and in my opinion love certainly fits that category.

Now, why don't you tell us how you feel about it by adding your thoughts using the add details feature. I mean that's only fair since you asked the question.

Would YOU indulge us next time by asking a MOVIE question and not a 'sex/dating/breakfast' question?

I did once when I was a lot younger, hornier and foolish.

Not sure I would now tho,

well not unless it was someone I really clicked with,

but then I'd hope it would be a lot more than a one night stand.

Hi
How would you know it was going to be a 'one night stand' in the first place?

Had many of them, but then my most active time was in the 70's and then it wasn't just considered ok, it was practically compulsorary.

Some of you 'kids' in here might want to recognise that that was when many of your parents were young free and single as well.

No, I like to believe I am worth more than a one night stand- my standards and morals are worth more to me, than a one nighter--
