We are looking to take a mini-vacation in the hill country, west of Austin, at the end of December. What are some places to see/things to do? We are game for almost anything!

If you want to slow down, unwind and be pampered, Fredericksburg has some great B&Bs. Several such as Magnolia House and Hoffman Haus are in gorgeous historic homes.
