Great question. I would expect that he might get a little preferential treatment and may not have to do either. Ya gotta expect he's going to have a bit of respect on the inside.

It's not like he's going to Rikers Island. He will go to a medium security prison with thieves and dudes that wrote bad checks, not murders and rapist.
