I feel as if "I am"

This might sound really weird but depending on the emotions at hand I feel actual physiological effects.
The rhythm of my heart, the pace of my breath, the pressure points in my head, its all different when with my changing emotions, and I can only realize this when I think.

Regardless of physiological effects, when I think I feel like I'm searching...weighing all that is before me in my mind, like a minds eye puzzle, when I've completed a long session or even just thought about what I wanted for lunch, I feel a sense of ease, like the last puzzle piece is in place.
Or in cases of enlightment, I feel like jumping for joy!

It depends. Occasionally there is the artistic type of thing that comes over me, which is both hoped for and dreaded at the same time. This sort of thinking is not something I do, but a sort of shattering of my being that happens to me. I generally know there is validity to this experience once it's past, but it's uncomfortable and needs to be balanced by a healthy forgetting of it, and a sense of being at home, because the experience of this kind of thinking leaves me feeling naked and without any possessions.

I think I am always thinking--while awake or while asleep (then thinking takes the form of dreams). I have yet to attain the state where I can get rid of my random thoughts voluntarily...even in meditation I am thinking how to blank out all the thoughts.

It depends on what I'm thinking about. On any given day I feel a multitude of feelings; a cornucopia of sorts. A whirling, swirling melange of emotions.

I don't' feel. when I think I am like nothing just one big open book being filled and colored in with thoughts and color. I don't think in black and white. I am full of feelings. some sad, happy, jubilant, curious, funny! everything runs right into me. Like one big thought that leads on to many ideas.

I think I think too much and that I need to shut up and go to sleep or finish my shower or whatever. I tend to get lost in thought during those times.

Depending on what it is that I am thinking about, I can feel either angry, happy, sad, scared, or worried.
