They have some menu items...I think its called 6 under 6. Its six or so sandwiches that have 6 grams of fat or less. When you read the fine print it tells you what items you can put on and which to leave off. Obviously things like cheese, fatty sauces and bacon would not be acceptable. But you can load up on all the veggies, mustards, no fat mayo, and get a really tasty sandwich for like 400-500 calories and 6 grams of fat. Get the baked lays and and a diet drink and your set.
Compare that to anything at McDonalds except perhaps a salad with no dressing. You are looking at at least 20 grams of fat and 800 calories or more. It is definitely a better choice.

If u stick to wheat bread, add veggies and use turkey breast or chicken. If u must, choose the light mayo and be sure to add plenty of olive oil to your sub (it is a heathy fat and it will make you fill up faster and reduce later cravings). Other than a salad this is probably the healthiest option at Subway. Also, if you can't live without the chips on the side, pick up the Fritos or the plain Sunchips.

There are fairly nutritious. The meat is usually processed meat, which may not be that great for you, but you can load it with vegetables too and the bread is freshly made. I don't believe everything is as processed or has added fat like Mcdonald's. You just need to watch what you get there.

Plus, at Subway you will discover your nutrition infront of you so which you're able to be useful there is not something "undesirable" getting in. you besides could be responsive to that is sparkling.

Better than fast food.... at least in term of carbs. it probably gonna be around 1000
they are healthier cause only contain bread, veggie, a bit of meat, and seasoning....
it is not like mcdonals where you get the fries and burger.....; which probably can have a total calories of 3000 for one time eating...

It depends entirely on how you order your sandwich. If you get the foot-long meatball sub with extra cheese, you'll be in the McD's realm. If you stick to the items on their lowfat menu, especially turkey, and tell them to "Hold the Cheese and Mayo" and get the wheat bun, you'll be fine.

It is if you do it right. Dont order things like the spicy italian (pepperoni and salami) or the BMT (pepperoni, salami, and ham) and the pastrami. The best sandwich they have there is the veggie delight.
