I think that she snapped her gill........!!! Help should i call 911? i dont know any emergancy vets numbers in the area?????

don't bother with a vet....they really don't know anything about fish.
911 is for PEOPLE who are in legitimate physical danger. if you call 911 you deserve to get arrested.
Add some melafix to your fishes water tomorrow. It is an antibacterial which will help your fish to fight off infection while it tries to heal.

Well, get a glass put some water conditioner in. Theres not much you can do. Calling anyone over a fish is not necessary. You will know in the morning.
