Lose one and still have sex. Do you really want to lose that pleasure? Come on, everyone loves sex, and what would your wife say if you could'nt have anymore... It might start an affair or prostitution or something. Consider it.

Lose the one, it's no big deal - you'd be suprised at how many people have had to make the same decision. They make fake nuts also so your bag won't look funny.
