There are quite a lot.
Developers at Microsoft, Google, Yahoo, and other big brand names regularly make over $100k.
Back/Middle office developers on Wallstreet clear $100k as well after a couple of years.
Front office developers clear well over $100k (more 200-400k range) IF you are good. It is a fairly specialized skill since you need to be a great programmer as well as understand the finance side of things. However when things turn sour for Wallstreet, those numbers can change easily.
If you are an analyst, you clear 100k very easily. Most analysts and traders are at least in the 1/2mil range. The better ones are 7 figures+. Of course it isn't easy to get into and not easy to stay in. Connections, smarts, and luck.

Most MBA's, engineers, middle managers, etc. will make over $100,000 after they've been in the job a few years.
