I told my grandmother, but my family just revolves around my stupid 5 year old cousins (they are twin girls) I'm the "outcast" in the family. I just told her about 20 minutes ago how I was feeling.

Have you tried therapy? Talk to your parents or counselors or someone who will listen and tell them how you feel. You need to get help with these feelings. But rest assured you are not alone. A lot of people have these same feelings and are getting help every day.

Please talk to your parents as soon as possible. These thought are nothing to fool around with.

Next, start running or some other aerobic exercise. A half hour to an hour will do some wonderful things for you. You won't feel anything for a couple of weeks but don't quit. Before long you will be producing endorphins and you will be on a natural high. Anyone who has ever experienced a runners high will never go back to watching TV for fun.

Good luck. I know the story. You see I am walking in your shoes. I have been depressed since the middle 1980s and I have diabetes that prevents any real exercise. I do know how you feel. I am in the same frame of mind most of the time. I just go one day at a time.

I don't know if this will help you but at your age it's pretty normal to feel the way you are. Believe it or not it will pass, when i was your age i was so shy i wouldn't talk to anyone and everything i did i never enjoyed.I would lay on my bed and just start writing my feelings down and that helped sometimes.Thank god for music, i would go to my bedroom lock the door put my headphones on and just disappear in my music for hours. There were no computers around when i was your age can you imagine that. There were a few times i wanted to kill myself because i was so very unhappy. When you feel bad just remember it won't last one day you will wake up and things will feel different for you,you will look forward to going to a party you are invited to and all of a sudden you'll see a guy looking at you and before you know it you two are going out and life will feel a lot better to you.You just need to hung in there. will you try this for me, you will think it's stupid but it really does work. When you are feeling down start singing to yourself your favorite song ,just try it once and see if it doesn't stop you from feeling bad. I still do it and it helps me,I'll start singing when i'm doing something i can't stand to do and what the singing does it takes your mind off what ever it is you are feeling down about.Of coarse you don't let anyone hear you or they will think your crazy talking to yourselves, all though i do that to but it's all in fun. When you can learn to laugh at yourself your on your way of getting better.

Hey Girl PLEASE don't kill your self..! You are very young and you have a hole life ahead of you. Have you talked to someone close to you about this.. A good friend your mom or dad..? Think about what you have and not what you don't have. I too have been in your shoes. I tried it. DIDN'T work..! I just got stuck with a $6,000 hostpital bill and that made things way worse..! You hav to be stronger then that. you have to hold your head high and stop looking down. I don't know what you have going on in life but you will get through it. Everything happens for a reason. I lost My Best friend to suicide and i am still hurting it has been over a year. think about all the people out there that you will be hurting. You might not see it now. call a 800 hott line and talk to someone if you need to. Hell call me if you need to. I can relate to where you are. I am only 22 with a daughter and my life hasn't been NO walk in the park..!

Nothing's been happening lately? Like more quarrels than usual with people you care about, not being able to see the people you care about as often, or you just don't find any inspiration in life anymore, or maybe its a back to school thing where you just hate learning after getting so used to a break o.0 Try and focus on the reason, and if there isn't, go to a doctor. Anyway, have group hangouts with your friends more often - you're not i nhigh school, so try to have some fun! Go to a movie, or even just the park, just talk and hang. If school is what's stressing you out, go for group studies. If its family and friends, make sure yo utalk enough with them.

Yes I've been on anti-depressants off and on for a year now. I'm not sure you're too young for anti-depressants but no matter what you need to talk to your parents or Dr. or school counselor, anyone you feel comfortable talking to. If you keep this to yourself it's going to get worse and that's an awful feeling. There are plenty of people who will want to help you, you just need to let them know you need help. Please do it as soon as possible, take care and good luck.

You can't go on being depressed. You have to tell your parents so they can get you the help you need. And you do need help, now. Let them help you. If you do try to kill yourself, imagine how awful they would feel knowing you were hurting and they couldn't help you. They will never forgive themselves for that. Give them a chance. You are so young and have your whole life ahead of you. This year might be bad, but it can ALWAYS change. Things always change. Next year might be the best year of your life. You don't know what's going to happen. Be strong. Tomorrow is a new day.I will pray for you. May God make you strong and give you peace.

You are not too young to take antidepressants and it sounds like you need them in a bad way.
Talk to your school counselor or your doctor, as soon as possible.
You could always go to the emergency room of your local hospital, they will get you the help that you need.
Good Luck to you!
