Okay so I was talking to my friend earlier and she started saying stuff to me like ''Yeah you're small so you don't have hips.'' And stuff like that. I'm not even that small, I'm 5'2. And I told her repeatedly that I DID have hips and she wouldn't listen. I know that for a fact cos I've been told by loads of women in my family and I have hips. I also have a large bust and a good waist. I have a pretty good figure and I hate the way that people think that because I'm not tall that I'm chubby with no figure! Does anyone else agree that this is unfair?

Actually no :) This isn't my biggest worry in life actually. Its actually I'm asking for peoples opinion because I think its pretty unfair to assume what type of figure a woman has by her height.

I'm right there with you. I may be 5'2" and wear a size 4, but I do have hips. Just ignore her.

Everyone is built differentely. If your size-kind of people think you have big hips, that's just what they think. Of course, someone who weighs 200 pounds and is your height will have bigger hips than you, but if you're healthy for your height, it doesn't matter how big your hips are, or how small your thighs are. All that really matters is if your happy being in your own skin.

If you like your body who cares what other people think. Why are girls even able to say things like that to each other? Men can't do that. You never hear of a guy looking at his friend and going "dude you aint got no butt". Just tell her to leave you alone or point out something wrong with her body. That will shut her up.

That's just what's on the outside, honey. What's more important is what's on the inside, and how you project this.

Be easy on yourself. People who have little else to say have nothing worth hearing.
