I think Jessica and Jennifer are good too but too common. I like Tyler alot and Cody. I also like Justin and Jacob, but they are kinda common too.

Girls:
1. Paige is ok.
2. Lucy is cute, I think of someone with a good sense of humor.
3. Crystal is baaad. I instantly think of a girl with huge 90's hair, and tight chic jeans. She sneaks smokes outside her parent's back yard.
4. Jennifer. Again bad bad choice. Soo many people are named that.
5. Jessica isn't as bad, but it screams 80's.
Boys:
1. Leo. Cute.
2. Cody. It's ok. I think of a little boy playing with tonka trucks.
3. Justin is ok.
4. Tyler. NO no no no no. Too overly used.
5. Jacob. I know sooo many kids with that name.

I think you should eliminate Paige, Crystal, and Jennifer. Jennifer is way to popular where I am (im not usually the one who cares about popularity with names) but I also thought these names were plain a bit.
For the boys, I don't like Leo, but Cody is kinda boring TO ME. Others may love it.
My favorites are Jessica and Tyler.

1. Paige- nice, short and sweet
2. Lucy- really like this, my fav on your list
3. Crystal- hate this, sorry but it has always sounded stripperish to me
4. Jennifer- okay, was super popular in the 70s, so it is somewhat dated. I do like the nicknames Jenny and Jen though
5. Jessica- don't really like,but it's not bad
1. Leo- i like this, but be aware that many people automatically think lion when they hear it. I think it's really cute though.
2. Cody- hate it, Cody sounds really childish to me, so I don't think the name will suit a grown man
3. Justin- really like it
4. Tyler- really like it as well, and love the nickname Ty
5. Jacob- love it, one of my favorite boy names, I love the nickname Jake as well
So in conclusion eliminate Crystal and Cody for sure. Definetly keep Jacob and Lucy

Paige- Like it
Lucy- Very cute
Crystal- Seems a bit 80s to me. Plus, it reminds me of a brat I knew in 1st grade.
Jennifer- Overdone, but still a nice name. It may be refreshing now since it's not as popular anymore.
Jessica- I strongly dislike this name because all of the Jessicas I know have been snobby. I do like Jessamine, though.
Leo- Cute
Cody- Nice
Justin- Tired of it. I used to like it in middle school
Tyler- Never cared for it. Seems very 90s to me.
Jacob- Still nice, but popular
Overall favorites: Lucy (Paige) and Leo (Jaob)

Paige is my favorite name from the girls list. Its an adorable name. You can play it safe with Jessica and Jennifer. The rest i could take em or leave em.
As for the boys, I like all of them except for Leo.

Get rid of Jacob, Justin and Tyler
Just don't use Leo and Lucy together - not cute!
To be honest they're all too common, but I truly hate the ones I listed!

Girls names I don't like:
Crystal (cheap)
Jessica (too common. I know about ten.)
I like Jennifer and Lucy. I haven't met many people named Jennifer, and I kinda just think it's a soft, pretty name.
Boy names I don't like:
All of them except Leo and maybe Cody.
