This is pretty obvious but I'd have to say Gamestop. If you don't know where there is one relative to your location, check their website. Just type in any game you're looking for and conveniently they'll have the location of the Gamestop and if they have the game in stock.

gamestop sucks they ripped me off a couple days ago they charged me 20$ for a game "brand new" and it didnt work and they wouldnt give my money back i told ebgames my situation and they gave me the new game so it stands ebgames you and also look at all there games online

You can buy from GameSpot, they will return your money no questions asked if you have a receipt and had it for less than 90 days if it's defected.
