I love vaseline, I get really dry skin around my mouth, and on my lips so I use it every night then wash it off in the morning. Or I use it on my really cracked/dry heels over night, under a pair of cotton socks. I even use it as lip balm

It's a little think to be used on the face but it makes an excellent lip balm.
I think it would in fact clog pores-use a medicated face lotion to avoid this!

Vaseline is great. Use it in places where you're prone to wrinkling. Use it on your entire face if you've got very dry skin. I have combination skin and I use it on my forehead and under my eyes- areas where I may start to see wrinkles later in life. It is NOT comedogenic, but it is oily and will cause breakouts if your skin is very oily or acne-prone.

Yes, it is very comedogenic. Try another moisturizer. Curel is good for dry skin and it doesn't clog pores.
