is there a car alarm that that shocks any one that tuches the key so that the next time a f-ing cops tuches?

my key that i leave in my truck its ether makes them think again or kills them !!!!! plzs im willing to spend up to $5000 cash

here is why smart you know whats i wnet to the movies and there is a cable shop behind the movie house and the parking lot was full of cars 300 + cars and they singled my truck becuse its a 1989 with no rust glossy paint they searchmy van for copper and took my keys out with out a warrant and told me that they was going to make me walk 30 miles to get my key back becuse i would have had to walk home and then to work and then to the ploce station to get my key back becuse they made a new law and i didnt knwo that in ohio you can not leave your key in your car/truck
