It's my dream. I want to become one so bad. I'm only 14 years of age, but many actresses are younger than 18. I'm looking for websites that I can join, but you don't have to be 18.
I'm ready for rejection, I'm not stupid, I know it's bound to happen.
I live in New York, an hour from the city, so I can go there for stuff, I suppose.
I haven't been in any school plays, because If you mess up on stage, It's not like they can go "Okay, take 2" or something like that.
If you mess up in an interview or something like that, atleast you can go to another one or they can always say "Okay, take a deep breath and try again"
I already know what to say to the big question they will ask, "Tell me about yourself."
I haven't told either of my parents yet, but I plan on telling them sometime soon.
So please, Any websites that I can join where you don't have to be over 18, please type it on here, thankyou.
I appreciate this.

You are too impatient. Talk to your HS teacher seek her advice. Don't look for websites. In NY there is a very good
drama school call Tisch School of the Arts, I think it is part of NY University. Call them maybe they may teach young people but you have to tell your parents because it will cost
money. You may get lucky and go to an audition and get a
scholarship. Don't be impatient time flies.

There are no web sites or any way to make you an actress without your having done the work. You start by being in the school plays and you work hard enough that you do not mess up. You cannot work without your parents' permission and a NY minor's work permit. So you are just another dreamer with no hope of ever doing anything, UNLESS you get to work on it right away and get your parents' backing. Come back when you do.

What you need is an agency. Even if you have no experience, some have acting classes. After several of those, you can go to an interview and if they like you, you're automatically sent to a bunch of auditions. Piece of cake, plenty of kids all over the world do this!
