How do you know you need more?? If you are assessing the quantity on how much fluid you ejaculate, not all of this fluid is sperm. A smal amount may be rich in sperm, and a large amount may be devoid of any sperm.

Ignore emails offering 'wondersperm pills', there is no medical evidence to support these products.

Your testes dangle outside your body to keep the sperm generation system at a regular temperature. Avoid tight underwear or jeans, hot baths etc.

YOu can arrange for a sperm test if you have genuine concerns, ie not getting wife/partner pregnant. The reason may not be your sperm! Seek advice if this is the case.

I am guessing you mean how can you improve your sperm count, and nothing more sinister. General answer is you can't. Why would you want to? Has a semen analysis shown you to be infertile? Are you trying to get your partner pregnant? Or is this just an idle meaningless question because you were bored at 3 am?

Eat healthy.

Don't smoke or drink, 2 things well known for stopping sperm production.

Don't wear tight underwear or tight jeans. Always wear cotton underwear.

Have sex less often.

Why do you want to. Isn't a million per teaspoon enough?

It only takes one you know.

I'll give you the less obvious answer: I'm assuming you want to create more sperm rather than (er) receive it from a donor?

Take Prime Factor for Men. It's like a natural Viagra.: http://www.marketamerica.com/PULSE99/index.cfm?action=shopping.uoProduct&storeID=23&prodID=13117

A good multivitamin wouldn't hurt either: http://www.marketamerica.com/PULSE99/index.cfm?action=shopping.uoProduct&storeID=8&prodID=13046

Eat right, get plenty of exercise and sleep. And having the right girlfriend is priceless.

Wow... now there's a question with too many variables. I guess it all depends on what part of your body you want them IN?
