What are you trying to do? Simplify it and factor it? In that case, combine like terms first:
(2x^2 + 3x^2) - 4x + (-5 + 6) =
5x^2 - 4x + 1

You can't factor this (a quick test with the discriminant verifies this), so leave it as is.

if you are simplifying it is 5x^2-4x+1
if you are solving then it is 2+i divided by 5 or 2-i divided by 5
