Theres this guy that I really like but, we don't really know each other. I mean we never a really meant I know his name but I don't think he even remembers me from when we hung out and I am to shy to intoduce myself and I don't want someone else to do it! Whats the best way to get to know him?

You are going to have to get past your shyness.
Just walk over to him and ask him if he remembers you.
You said you really never met, but then you said you don't know if he remembers you from when you hung out.
If your shyness gets in the way. Just say hi to him, then the next time say hi, how are you doing. Keep working up to where you are talking more and more. You will be able to tell if he likes you back.
Make your self noticed when you are around him. Make eye contact with him..
