You can use the phonebook to call games stores. I'm sure Silver Snail sells it. It's probably the same price anywhere. Which Carcassonne set do you want? The original one?

You can also ask at the gaming stores if there is a way or a place where you can ask gamers about buying their used game sets. For geek stuff you have to network; ask people who are interested in that stuff, and follow their leads.

Personally, I wasn't impressed with the computer version. I like the tiles and being able to place them around and choose. Also, I like sharing that time with my friends. Check it out.

This only works if you a Xbox 360, but there is a version of the game for it that is only $10. Four people can still play on one console, and it does all the scoring automatically. As far as I am concerned, it is the best way to play Carcassonne!

Buy it online.

Search for the game in Google or Yahoo. I know several offer substancial discounts over what you will pay in the store. (I don't know what shiping to Canada will add to the cost).
