my older brother told me about this the other week, but i didn't quite understand so please someone if you could explain it to me, i know it must be extremely complicated.

I think your brother is pulling your leg. There is no such thing as a "BAR" molecule, except in the sense that a molecule can be long and straight, like a bar.

Any molecule that has mass is subject to gravity, and all molecules have mass, so none of them are capable of levitating without some additional force (magnets, etc.) pushing them upwards.
