Well...my friend Melissa, stepped out of her truck at the mall just after July 4th...slipped in an oil puddle and broke her tibia and fibula. Took a 4 hour surgery to set and she's now in her 2nd cast (which is a really pretty purple)....but...it may have taken about 3 seconds to break. Not worth the pain, I'm sure she'd tell you that.

Have a friend back over it with a car?

Really.... why would you want to break your leg? Do you have any idea how much that hurts? And how irritating it is to be on crutches? And how sweaty and itchy a cast is? Sheesh.

Jump out of a tree and keep your legs straight. That should do the trick

1 jump off a building
1 slam into a wall
1 have a car run over it
1 play in traffic
1 twist it until you can't twist it any more then have someone jump on it
1 dig a large hole then run and get your leg stuck in it
1 get it eaten by animals (the croc and the lion are best)]
1 run in stillettos
those were only just a couple

Good Luck

jump off the roof into a snowbank or pile of leaves or just on the pavement if snow and leaves are not available. Try to twist your leg as you land on it.

Park on a hill, put your leg under a back tire and ask a friend to put it in neutral for you.

It only takes 40 lbs of pressure to dislocate your leg joint. Try that first. It is easier to recover from.
