Yes, you can. Not necessarily from sitting where a boy has sat or anything like that, but anytime seminal fluid comes into contact with your vulva, whether that's during naked or partially naked dry sex, or after anal sex (if the semen drips from your anus into your vulva), you can become pregnant. Anytime you're going to be naked with a guy in a sexual situation, you need to use a condom to protect yourself from both pregnancy and STDs.

Sperm dies a few minutes after exposure to air, so if you sat where a guy ejaculated, it's not very likely.
However, if you are messing around, and he ejaculates near your vaginal opening, it is possible to get pregnant, although it's not likely. Thsi is also why withdrawal is a very lousy form of birth control--there are sperm in the preejaculate.

You aren't kidding, are you?
The ONLY way you can get pregnant is by having sexual intercourse. That means a penis has to be inserted into your vagina. Do you understand what that means? I seriously don't think you do.
