I've never heard of this to be honest, I've had a wire sticking out of my bra but not one that has snapped or anything. Is it sticking out? If it is, stick it back in and sew the hole it came out of.
If it has snapped my best suggestion is to swap the broken wire with a wire from an old or cheaper bra. The best way to do this would be to make a small incision in the bra, at one of the sides where the wire ends and sliding the wire out. Put the intact wire in the good bra and sew up the incision with afew stitches. Alternatively you could give someone these instructions and ask them to do it for you!
I would recommend you got you bra size checked out at a store though, because they really shouldn't break that easily.

I have a suggestion - let me know if it works!
Buy some waterproof tape, like you use for plumbing, in narrowest width possible.
Remove underwire through tiny slit in wire pocket.
Tape wire together, overlapping tape a bit for strength.
thread wire back in, and close slit with a stitch.
PS: my underwires never break! Do you wash bras on gentle, with only other small things like panties, socks, and Tshirts? No heavy items like jeans, jackets, etc.
Hang up to dry on the plastic hanger that comes with the bra.

Im pretty sure when it's broken it stays broken inless you take the underwire out and just use the bra regular but.... then its not really and underwire anymore :(

I don't think that you can. You should probably just buy a new one.
