Poor some Soda in the toilet. It has citric acid which eats away the limescale. Just leave the soda in there for an hour atleast, and then flush. It literally dissolves the limescale. If there is any spots left still, take a pumice stone that you would use on your feet, and just scrub. It's strong enough to get off the limescale and gentle enough to NOT scratch the porcelain. Have FUN!!!

my maid uses seven generation mint scent, bowl cleaner and scrap away any residues with a pumice stone, clorox teflon i think its the best and cheap solution that you can get.

LIMEAWAY IN THE gREEN BOTTLE WILL TAKE CARE OF THE PROPLEM, After it is clean, make sure you keep it clean and the build up won't happen anymore.
