Just describe a bunchy of different flavors - how they smell, look and taste, and what's in them.
That's easy!
I just got done writing a 7 page, 1857 word essay that is due 1st day of school !
I wish I got to just write 200 words about ice cream!

First be sure to spell essay correctly, that's worth 2 points.
It isn't the topic which is stupid;-{ you need the practise.
Next type ice cream into Yahoo or Google search.
Read the wikipedia definition, that's over 200 words.

Write a little about the history of it. Go on yahoo or wikipedia and do some research. Talk about how its made, Where you can buy it. Popular brands and flavors and what you flavors you like. It's an easy 200 words. 200 sounds like a lot it really isn't Good luck to you!
