Without a doubt what he is doing is sexual harassment and he would be in serious trouble if you were to turn him in.

Boys in their teens are trying to be adults. Unfortunately most teen aged boys lack the maturity to be an adult. They mistakenly feel that being "macho" makes them more manly.

For your own safety you need to make it clear to this guy that you will not tolerate any more of his verbal abuse and if he continues you are going to report him to the authorities.

You could also tell him that he's behaving like a 12 year old and he should grow up and start acting like an adult if he ever expects to attract girls.

Good Luck!

well i had this one guy do that to me when i was 13 and he was 18 and he asked me if i wanted to drive his car if he knew what i meant and then he told me that he would definately take me for a spin..and then he kept telling me how he was gonna get me in bed iwth him!! i was 13!! and so i told him to stop and he just wouldnt, so finally i told him that i wasnt interested in him and nor would i ever be i told him that he was a disgusting pig(they really dont like that, or a dog) and i told him that he should just go fall off a cliff and that he should take him and his little winker with him..and he just totally stopped and stared at me and was in shock..but you hav to do it in a stern voice or else he will think that your just kidding..and if that doesnt work and your in school then you should definately tell a teacher and if your not in school then you should get a restraining order..because there are some crazy people in this world and you NEVER kno what he will do..

it isn't sexual attack, in spite of the indisputable fact that it is borderline sexual harassment. It relies upon on the "sufferer's" reaction. If he/she says no many times, it is truthfully harassment. If she would not supply a sparkling answer, probable no longer. the two way, the "attacker" is a loser. the guy who did it is quite plenty a loser too if he/she did it without desirous to. If the offender makes use of violent coercion or blackmail to get the guy to do it, then it could count variety as attack.
