Savannah monitors, white throat monitors, and blackthroat monitors, all of which are closely related. Savannahs are very common in the pet trade, and are pretty inexpensive. They are often very tame, although there are always exceptions. The main thing to keep in mind is that large lizards require lots of food and large enclosures. Large savannah monitors are a dime a dozen where I live because lots of people get them because they're cheap, but aren't ready for the responsibility.

Monitors and iguanas of various species are the main groups that fall within that size range.
But, if you were even remotely qualified to own a large lizard, you would already have known that.
You also would have known that lizards are "species" not "breeds".
