heyy,i posted an hour ago a question bout my orange fish,&now i see that it is trying to move up but it cant?

+ as if it is trying to eat,knowing that their is food in the aqurium....can i still help??

If it's trying to upright and can't then no. The fish's gas bladder has been disrupted and their is really nothing you can do for it.
