I think A-Rod is jealous of Jeter because Jeter has the rings, is already accepted by the fans, and can date any women stripper or not with having to answer to a wife

I believe they respect the ability of each other and they get along fine on the playing field, but that is a far as it goes. Their relationship is definitely not as close as it was in the past.
