Whats going on with me?

Alright, i find myself loosing weight.. in 2 days i already lost 5 pounds. Heres the story.
I was sick for 2 days with a fever, sore throat, snuffy nose. Now, im better.. but i find myself not eatting. I threw up blood twice, and whenever i see food or talk about it, i would feel like throwing up. And i usually eat alot of food.. but now whenever i eat, i throw up, or i don't feel like it. Anybody know whats happening to me? Thanks.

I only threw up a little bit of blood. :S but i stopped.

You probably lost weight because you were unable to keep food and fluids down. To see blood in the vomitus is likely where you strained your esophagus during the retching.

Did you see the doctor about your fever and sore throat? If not, you may want to do so to make sure you don't have Strep throat or mono (not always spread by kissing), but this can lead to further problems.

Take small sips of something like ginger ale or gatorade to help your body replenish its fluids. I don't think you want an IV with saline started if you get dehydrated.

whatever you had made you lose 5 lbs. happens to me each time I'm sick.
When you ate when you were sick and because you threw up, your brain now associates food with feeling sick. It's more of a psychological thing than a physical thing.
I've gotten what you have several times before. This worked with me, hopefully it will work with you. I reassociated my brain. When you were sick what made you feel better? For me it was drinking soda. So i would drink soda to get a feeling of feeling better then I'd eat. After a few days I could eat normally again.

Deliana, honey, you really have to see a doctor right away. I don't go to the doctor just because i have a fever or something like that, but in your case its something more serious, it can be your stomach, please go as soon is possible.Can i ask you if it was a lot of blood , or just a Little bit, what about your stool? If you're throwing up blood go to the er now!
I think its a sign of a digestive problem that needs help right away.
I'm not so sure if thats a symptom, but anyways you should go see a doctor NOW.
Especially if you're losing weight!

If you are, or have vomited bright red blood you need to see a doctor. You could have a bleeding ulcer. If so you can become anemic and lose consciousness. Call your doctor now.

As you say "I threw up Blood twice", I suggest you get yourself to a doctor and have them check you out sooner than latter..

You need to see a dr. immediately. This could be something serious like a rupture in your intestine, appendicitis or a severe ulcer. BE CAREFUL AND GET BETTER QUICK!

You have a stomach infection, or a really bad ulcer. See a doctor as soon as possible!
