title of movie?

This movie is farley old I watched it when I was a kid about 10 years ago give or take the only thing I can remember about it is what ever monster/demon/creature was killing people it required 3 dagers to kill it witch I beleive the lead caracter got from a priest of some kind sorry for so little information any help would be appreciated

the only movie i can think of is the 1976 movie The Omen. was the monster a demonic little boy named damien? the priest gave his father 3 daggers to stab into the little boy in a church.

Yeah, I'd say the Omen.. (The first one.. although the daggers do come back in the second)
