What about all the animals fanging each other and eating each other alive? What about all the herbivores eating all the vegetation denuding the land until there is none left and they starve to death? What about sharks ripping open the chests of seals, or biting the fins off seals so the seal dies a slow agonizing death? What about predatory birds stealing chicks from nests and slowly eating them? What about Mocking Birds laying their eggs in the nests of others and when the baby Mocking bird hatches, pushes out the other babies to their deaths unbeknowst to the mother bird?
The world would not be much better without humans.

No it would be better if human beings learn the purpose and meaning of life and understand karma and reincarnation and in this way we will come out of ignorance and act in our highet self. We need to understand that we are not this material body, IE; Race, color, nationality, Religion, mind, intellect, senses, job, etc. We are all eternal spirit souls, part and parcel of the Supreme Soul, also known as Krishna, Allah, Jehovah, Vishnu, etc. We never die, only this mortal body dies.
This material world is not our real home, it is called Maya (illusion) and is temporary and full of misery, only one fourth of the souls come here, and the rest are enjoying blissful eternal loving relationships with our Maker named above. Those who are intelligent, take up the process of self realization (Bhakti Yoga) which gives one real peace, happiness and reality. Then at the end of life they can return to the eternal Kingdom where there is no more birth, death, old age, or disease and be eternally happy. This human for of life is a rare opportunity to realize reality, animals can not, but if we misuse this human form of life then we can in our next life glide back do to animal species or lower intelligence. Mostely people are acting less than animals and they will probably be worms in stool next life, if they do something to raise their consciousness.
For info. Go to harekrishnatemple.com Read Bhagavad Gita- As it is by Bhaktivedanta Prabhupada asitis.com you can read it on line.

A lot of trees and plants would probabaly agree with you.
The leeches would be upset that you were dragging them into this discussion ("Hey, all we do is suck a little blood now and then!").
A lot of viruses would be upset that you were bad-mouthing their homes.
I think you're being a little hard on humanity. There's hope that in time we will reign in our destructive tendencies, and exist on the Earth in a more sustainable way.

Ok, this is funny because you have so obviously been indoctrinated by leftist political crap. People are evil and the earth suffers for it. What a load of BS. The planet has suffered cataclysms far beyond humans poor abilities to inflict long before our time and is still here, and will be here long after we are gone. Grow up. The earth is not your mother. I can imagine a conversation between you and your friends: "Oh if only all the people were dead that didn't think like we do, what a paradise this planet would be."

The world would be better if people stopped acting so natural, like animals. Animals don't care about each others habitat, they urinate on it. They don't care about each other, they eat each other. If we survive long enough to evolve a little bit more things will change.

The world would be beautiful without humans. There wouldn't be extinct or dying species. The sky would still be blue, and the rainforests wouldn't be disappearing. There would be no disease, and the world would still have its natural beauty...I'd truly love to see it.
There would be no war, only peace. There would be no hatred or violence. There would only be perfect harmony between all the plants and animals of the world, everything proceeding without interference. There would only be love.
But there wouldn't be anybody there to enjoy it.
It's true that humans are raping this planet beyond belief and we're destroying our most precious gift, but we aren't going away anytime soon. Even if all other species go extinct, somehow, we'll survive.
We can still have that beautiful, peaceful world, but humans need to change. And not just everybody ELSE, the people that we disagree with. It won't help if we're all arguing over who to be like. EVERYBODY has to change. Every single human has to learn to stop fighting fire with fire and start fighting fire with water. We need to learn to fate war with peace instead of more war--hatred with love instead of more hate. We need to learn to fight prejudice with compassion and understanding.
And most of all, we need to learn to break our physical barriers and learn to hug each other more and connect with other people. Everybody's so cold and distant. I try to greet everybody I know with a hug, and I've gotten slapped and stared at. Instead of dividing ourselves up as individuals, races, and nations, we need to learn to come together as one species. Only then can we hope to restore this planet to its once beautiful state.
