i broke the end of a pair of headphones inside the headphones jack on my laptop... how do i remove the tip?

I don't believe there's a way you can do it. I would consult your local pc repair shop.

make sure that the battery is out and the computer is off and with a very small pair of needle nose pliers or something with a very small end so that you can get a bite on the end try to pull it out
