Faux Pas.
Malacanan is not a place to make a fashion statement. The White House will not allow entry to someone dressed in such a way that is inappropriate and, worse, even contemptuous and disrespectful. Malacanan, just like the White House, is a symbol of state and should be accorded respect and dignity.
Will they allow April Boy Regino to enter the White House in a tuxedo paired with tattered blue jeans and smelly rubber shoes, and a baseball cap that he will toss to people at the Oval Office?

I suppose celebs think they can get away with anything. It may be a fashion statement - or a faux pas - but who knows what these celebs are thinking. It's their business, I guess.
