NONE. Even if there were, it would be completely unenforceable. Some jobs are REQUIRED under Federal law to do background checks. Banks for example face fines for every day a felon is on the payroll. The ONLY way to comply with this law is to perform a criminal background check on EVEY employee.

I would hope none. I wouldn't want to hire a convict.
