There are no words in the English language that end with the letter J.

The non-English words that end with the letter 'J' are

Taj : For Taj Mahal in Agra

Sutlej: Name of A river in North India ( Proper Noun)

Words ending in 'J' sound but having the spelling --'dge':

There are no words that end with the letter "J" in the English language. Words that end on a "juh" sound are spelled with a "dge". Like ledge or badge.

Outside of English, there are plenty:

Taj, raj, haj, reloj, baba gannouj, etc.

As far as native English words, there aren't any that aren't abbreviations or alphabetisms.

The only one I can think of is Haj, one of the institutions of Islam.
