Even though I DO NOT truly believe that the customer is "always right", the salesgirl should NOT be quarreling with customers. She should offer to go get her manager to settle the dispute, and then she should walk away. If the customers are belligerent and threatening, the manager should call security. Both of those things are what mangagers are for.

Be a manager or get a manger.
Can you provide more info. on your position? If you are a co-worker, get the boss in charge. Is the salesgirl quarreling back with them?
If it ever gets that bad, and the customers are being completely unreasonable, I believe they can be banned from that store.

Depends on what your position is. If you're just an observer, move on. If your the sales supervisor, put on a smile and ask if you can help the customers. If the customers get too nasty, call security.

i would yell girl fight at the top of my lungs!!! no the other three were correct!! i just have to laugh when i think a ladies (use the term very loose yelling at each other in the middle of wal mart!! tks for the laugh!!!

Do you work at the business, are you a supervisor? If you are then you should interupt and try to solve the problem. If you dont work there, then mind your own business.
