Buy her a key. Tell her that she still holds the key to your heart. You then have the lock for that key. Take her hand and unlock it. Tell her that she is the only person that is able to unlock the love he has for her.

Actions speak louder than words. Instead of ACTING like a jerk, ACT like a perfect husband... Her idea of a perfect husband.

If that means scrubbing the bathroom floor with a toothbrush - or cleaning the bath tub then do it. If it means taking her for dinner or cooking dinner at home AND doing all the clean up... then do it. without being asked. If it means putting the kids to bed while she enjoys a glass of wine and reads a book... then do it.

Ya get my drift?
good luck!

Wow...time to kiss some a**

Roses
Chocolates
Candles
Rose petals
Hot Bath
Sexy movie
Buy her a sexy outfit
Make her dinner
Strawberries and whip cream...or chocolate
Get her a day pass at a spa
Buy her a nice diamond necklace or bracelet
Give her a card saying you're sorry
Blindfold her and take her to a nice restaurant, then give her the diamond necklace during dinner

...there is so many things you can do, but what you choose to do is up to you.

Start off by making her something special yet it be dinner or a special card and let her know how sorry you are.
And see if this helps sometimes flowers works but I think you should do the card thing and make her an award of a special wife plaque of some sorts.

Talk to her about it and let her feel your sincere apology. Hug her tight. Be nice to her from now on. I'm married and my husband was a jerk to me for 3 weeks. Every week he's always saying sorry and telling me how bad a husband he is, but that only helps make u feel angrier at yourself. If you want to stop feeling like a dick, be nicer to her from now on. Yes, be nice to her all the time for the rest of your life. Just PLEASE FORGIVE YOURSELF.

Look, that's good that you apologized to her and that shows that you regret for what you did. That takes time, but at least you can get something nice for her, just hug her, sit with her, listen to her and try to understand her. We don't need flowers or chocolates, sometimes we need a man who knows how to listen, to comfort, to be our friend, our lover or just a simple buddy. But good for you and go and get her. God bless you and good luck. My husband use to treat me like a door mat and never apologize, that's why your letter call my attention I would like my husband could do this.

It always helps me to believe that my husband is truly sorry when he goes out of his way to prove it to me. If you know you were wrong, then do something special for her, maybe something she knows you don't like to do... It might help her remember the thoughtful guy she married and forget about the jerk!

Get her some flowers, a card and a ring. Doesnt have to be an expensive ring , like a wedding ring, but just a ring to let her know you care.

Make a concerted effort not to repeat the behavior, go out of your way to do some things you know will please her (specific things, things she personally will enjoy, for example, if she does most of the housework, clean the house, if she hates a particular habit of yours, try to stop it etc.). We all act like idiots to our spouses sometimes...
Praise her!
