anything could have that effect, seems like no reason but its probably the smallest, most trivial thing, like lack of fresh air, immobility, bad food,

also, we move in cycles, work in balance, they cant all be good days

this is the second day in a row that i've felt sad and can't figure out any reason for it, nothing happened to cause it.

You are sad because its a full moon. It happenes to me every full moon. It has something to do with the moons gravitational pull on the earth.

It's called depression, and it's a chemical imbalance. Or it could be just boredom manifesting itself in boredom. Get up, do some exercise, release some endorphins (sp?), and you just might feel a lot better!
