It's fine. You can pretty much get into med school from any 4 yr college. However, the better the reputation, the better your chances b/c med school is so competitive to get into. If you want other suggestions, just look at the US News rankings and work you way down from the bottom.

Undergrad tends to not have too much influence in terms of what kind of doctor you become. The reputation of the school and how easy it is to get a good GPA are the primary effects your undergrad has on whether you get into med school and become a doctor or not.

I know many good doctors who come from BU. They seem to offer a good no-nonsense approach to medical care because the doctors, who don't know each other, are very similar in the approach to problem-solving.
